Overview
You will join a thriving mail-order pharmacy on the North Shore of Long Island as a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator (English/Spanish). This role supports patients with a high-touch, high-service approach and helps take the patient experience to the next level.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with patients through monthly check-ins
Coordinate with doctors for new prescriptions, refills, or prior authorizations
Work with pharmacy and finance teams to resolve delivery or payment issues
Help patients navigate insurance changes
Stay current with required training
Qualifications
Bilingual in English & Spanish (speaking fluently)
1+ year of Customer Service experience
Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus
Professional phone etiquette & communication skills
Strong data entry and multitasking skills
NY State Pharmacy Technician license is preferred, but not required
Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping people

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
