Drayer Physical Therapy is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth, maintain daily operations, and provide excellent customer service.
Position Overview
As an entry‑level office role, the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC‑I) will schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain a welcoming clinic atmosphere. The PCC collaborates with the Clinic Director to manage clinic procedures and support the mission and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Core Responsibilities
Collect all money due at the time of service
Convert referrals into evaluations
Schedule patient visits
Provide excellent customer service
Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rates through a great customer experience
Manage schedule efficiently, document routing and clinic inventory
Attend required training and quarterly compliance training
A Day in the Life
Greets everyone who enters the clinic warmly.
Schedules new referrals received by fax or telephone.
Verifies insurance coverage and collects patient payments.
Maintains an orderly front‑office workspace.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills; ability to relate to business office and field leadership.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Ability to perform with little to no supervision.
Physical Requirements
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends.
Must hear and speak accurately, with clear communication with associates.
