Overview
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Palliative Care Physician for employment in Jersey City, NJ. The physician will work in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to ensure delivery of palliative care to patients and families. Opportunities exist for physicians with interests in inpatient or outpatient care. The physician will also be expected to participate in the education of staff, trainees, and the community.
Responsibilities
Provide palliative care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to patients and families.
Engage in education of staff, trainees, and the community as part of the role.
Qualifications
MD (or equivalent) and BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine; fellowship training preferred.
Eligible for NJ licensure or licensed in NJ.
Ambitious and seeking growth opportunities.

We are open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians. Please note that current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the residency stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of residency.
