Outpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMSW)

Responsibilities
Perform social services functions to assist patients in meeting biopsychosocial needs.
Complete assessments, treatment plans, group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, and discharge planning.
Work with a dynamic team dedicated to the healing and health of patients.
Shift: Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (3 12-hour shifts) OR 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (4 10-hour shifts)
Location: Intermountain Hospital, Boise, Idaho.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field.
Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction and CPR (paid training provided).
Licensure as LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW.
