As a Bilingual Case Manager , you will play a key role in shaping the future of our students: leading outdoor activities, assisting in developing innovative programs, and making a lasting impact in a supportive community‑focused environment. On‑site housing, free meals and transportation are provided.
Compensation
$25.93 per hour
$3,000 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities
Implement and administer the Rite of Passage program as a member of the site team.
Develop, facilitate and oversee the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with placing agency requests and student needs.
Coordinate with the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager or Program Director as required.
Ensure program quality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in behavioral sciences, human services, social services, or related field (required).
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience working with at‑risk youth and/or child welfare or case management.
Experience in a therapeutic or educational setting preferred.

Schedule
Two shifts: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
Hours based on program needs with one work‑from‑home day.
Schedule may change based on program needs.
Required Licenses & Certifications
Valid driver's license.
Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen (no THC testing), physical exam, TB test, and child abuse central registry search.
Must be at least 21 years old.
