Overview Morrison Living is hiring a Nutrition Care Manager I in Maplewood, NJ. This is a full-time role in a luxury senior living setting with a Monday - Friday schedule.
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Salary: $80K-$90K

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team as a Nutrition Care Manager in a premier senior living community located in Maplewood, NJ. This is a gated community with a beautiful campus that provides a serene and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities Provides medical nutrition therapy, including screening, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, evaluation, and the resident plan of care.
Advises the dining department on resident care and meal service matters and conducts meal rounds per company protocols.
Assists with menu planning regarding nutrition, regulatory compliance, resident preferences, and wellness initiatives.
Provides full-cycle supervision and training of the dining service team.
Complies with all regulatory standards (federal, state, and accrediting agencies) while maintaining confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and resident rights policies.
Participates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide QA/PI programs.
Qualifications Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) – required
Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable – required
One (1) year of senior living experience – preferred
Supervisory experience – desirable
ServSafe certified – desirable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical record and diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software
