Advenio Medical Staffing is seeking nurse practitioners to join a growing group conducting house calls for Palliative Care and chronic disease management in the Northwest Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a field based role. Shared after hour telephone call coverage with other providers on the team.
Qualifications
Board Certified NP with an active / unrestricted Arizona NP and RN License.
Active DEA or willing to obtain.
Certifications
BLS is required and ACLS is preferred.
Speciality certification in Hospice and Palliative Care desired (CHPN or ACHPN).
