Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. Our ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams, assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our team of providers manage evaluations, screenings, and case management for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.

Must be able to travel throughout metro Phoenix and occasionally up to four hours to outlying areas. Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.

Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.

Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.

Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.

Qualifications

Associates of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.

Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.

Prefer experienced Workers Compensation NCM and fluency in Spanish.
