Compensation
Pay rate: $40.70 per hour.
Full‑time employees receive benefits after 90 days of employment.

Highlights

Availability required Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Field‑based role with travel throughout Fulton, Wood, Ottawa, and Lucas Counties.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members’ needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data.
Evaluate member benefit plans and available internal/external services to determine case resolution approach.
Apply criteria, guidelines, and case management plans to ensure appropriate administration of benefit.
Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Promote optimal, cost‑effective outcomes through planning, facilitation, and advocacy.
Requirements
RN with current unrestricted state licensure.
Minimum three years of clinical practice experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care).
Experience in healthcare and/or managed care industry.
Proficiency with computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
High school diploma or GED.
Attendance mandatory for the first 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications
Case Management Certification (CCM).
Case management experience.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and productivity expectations in office and field environments.
