Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the Athens, GA area. This is a home-based role with travel up to 2 hours one-way to various locations such as doctors’ offices and hospitals. The individual will manage medical cases related to work injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation. The case manager will collaborate with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, monitoring progress and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications
Current RN license in GA.
Certification in CCM, CRRN, COHN, or CDMS.
GA Rehabilitation Supplier certification.
Experience in workers' compensation case management preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
