Position Details FAMILY SUPPORT SPECIALIST - MENTAL / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - BARRY COUNTY
Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field? We are looking for a person-centered Family Support Specialist with a minimumof one yearof clinical experience working with SUD clientele, familiarity with SUD documentation and prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team. The Family Support Specialist provides clinical services to clients and families in the BARRY COUNTY AREA and isresponsible for the home-based substance use disorder services that include assessment, treatment plan, quarterly reviews and any therapeutic services they deliver.

Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field required.
Two years of clinical experience working with SUD clientele preferred
Prior experience working with an interdisciplinary team preferred
Experience
Minimum one year SUD counseling experience preferred.
Minimum Experience working on a team preferred.
Familiarity with SUD documentation preferred.
Additional Work Requirements
Travel to and provide services in outpatient and outreach settings required. Valid driver’s license with good driving record, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable ongoing personal transportation suitable for safely transporting persons served.
