Overview
Purpose: To perform general clerical duties for the department, make initial contact to donors, and report results to employers.
Responsibilities
Obtain required paperwork and prepare forms to review non-negative drug screen results.
Process paperwork using the NDI document management system.
Call donors and perform the template interview for non‑DOT donors who are positive for evidence of Marijuana and Cocaine.
Report drug screen results to employers following client‑specific reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Entry level support roles with no or very little prior experience.
Work on simple and repetitive routines in standardized work.
Acquire basic skills of routine operations, following step‑by‑step procedures requiring little or no experience.
Daily supervision is required.
Experience
Prefer 6 months experience in an office environment.
Ability to contact donors via phone.
Ability to use computer, fax, or other office equipment.
Ability to perform document‑management functions for paperwork processing.
Ability to use eScreen (eMRO/Extranet) and OpTool programs for processing drug screen results/reports.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
