Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field (required). Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or Business Administration (preferred). Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical licensure (preferred). 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or EHR optimization (required). Expert knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner solutions, system build, implementation, and workflow alignment. Proven project management expertise with experience in clinical transformation initiatives. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for driving adoption and improving clinical workflows.
