Position Summary
The Integrated Behavioral Health Manager is responsible for supervising and managing the Integrated Care Coordinators while also assisting with managing the Behavioral Health Consultants. They also will be expected to keep a patient care day allowing them to continue to serve our clients in the health centers and work with other internal and external resources in meeting/achieving client service needs.

Essential Skills and Experience

Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health field, required

Independent licensure in Behavioral Health field, required

Minimum of one (1) to five (5) years of behavioral health experience, required

Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with State AHCCCS and Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) clients, preferred

Experience in clinical supervision highly preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience with using an Electronic Health Record (EMR) system

Strong time management skills

Knowledge of Arizona Department of Health Services requirements

Thorough knowledge of current versions of DSM and ICD

Ability to support, train, and supervise a team of coordinators

Ability to provide effective and respectful quality care and services that are responsive to diverse cultural beliefs and practices

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Valid Arizona driver’s license

Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross (cognitive and skills evaluations)

Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations
