The Youth Opportunity Center in downtown Lowell is the site of this dynamic youth services team.

Additional case management duties may include evaluating clients, developing individualized service plans, advocating for community resources, and coordinating support with mental health, outreach, housing, and educational components.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Human Services or related field); minimum 5+ years of direct case management experience may substitute for degree.

2 years of experience working with at‑risk youth.

Comfortable working with at‑risk youth in group and individual settings, preferably supporting employment and post‑secondary education.

Minimum one year of assessment, advocacy, and case management work in a Human Services field required.

Demonstrated knowledge of community resources available to low‑income individuals and families.

Excellent customer service, organizational, oral and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficient computer skills in basic software and data collection systems.

Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality of information.

Excellent attention to detail.

Valid Driver’s License.
