We are currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians for two distinct opportunities in Gainesville, Georgia: one in Hospice Care and one in Palliative Care. Palliative Practice Overview

Inpatient — consult‑only service

Outpatient Palliative Care clinic

Work with a team to provide symptoms management and goals of care on site at our Gainesville campus

Teleservice provided to satellite campuses

Desirable schedule Monday through Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Chaplain

Growing program with opportunity to work with residents and fellows

Hospice Practice Overview

Dedicated hospice team serving patients for 40 years

Inpatient Hospice Unit at main campus – 7‑bed unit

Free‑standing 16‑bed hospice currently under construction just minutes from main campus

Physicians support nursing and interdisciplinary staff by providing oversight for home hospice and in‑home palliative care

Desirable schedule Monday through Friday

Service line supported by dedicated:

Advanced Practitioners

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Chaplains

Designated nurse staffing for after‑hour, weekend & holiday care

Growing program with opportunity to work with residents and fellows

Working Together With Physicians Like You

BC/BE Hospice and Palliative Care

Active Georgia license or ability to obtain unrestricted license

2 years of post‑fellowship experience preferred, but not required

Passion for quality and patient care

Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
