Position Highlights
Monday through Friday - flexible scheduling
Up to 28 days of paid time off per year

Responsibilities: Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional nursing services in accordance with department policies and procedures. Complete initial evaluation visit, regularly re-evaluate the patient’s nursing needs, initiate the plan of care and furnish services. Coordinate services with physicians and other personnel on changes in patient condition; counsel patient and families. Participate in in-service programs, and supervise and teach other nursing personnel.
Education : Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN license from the state of Colorado.
Experience : Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Wound care experience is a plus.
Licenses/Certification : Licensed RN in the State of Colorado. Valid Driver’s License, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.
Compensation
Compensation: $33.00 - $45.04/hour DOE. In addition to the base salary, Nurses have the opportunity to increase their compensation through participation in our Clinical Ladder Program. This program recognizes and rewards engagement in organizational initiatives, professional development, leadership activities, and contributions to quality and patient safety efforts. Advancement on the Clinical Ladder is an opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.

Occasionally (0-33%) - Walking, sitting, bending, crouching, stooping, Kneeling, stairs, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs)
Frequently (34–66%) - Standing, changing position, reaching, reach across midline, handling, pinching
Continuously (37-100%) - See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance
Shift - 8 hour
