Responsibilities We are seeking a proven, driven andmotivated sales professional to join our team. Must be high energy, passionate about helping others, be a result-focused, self-starter who is committed to making things happen and meeting assigned goals.
This position is responsible for seeking out and developing our external referral relationships with organizations such as, visiting nursing agencies, hospice agencies, hospitals, geriatric care managers, estate planners, eldercare organizationsand skilled nursing facilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales-marketinggoalswith referral sources and families. This individual MUST be a self-starter, have excellent relationship building and management skills. Must be ableto work with potential clients and their familiesby getting their commitment and all pertinent details, as required by the company to initiate in-home care services.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred

Related sales experience (Home care or assisted living sales experience)

Home office

Road warrior focused-meeting with referral sources and building relationships

Be able to conduct presentations online and in person

Present a professional appearance and demeanor

Have computer skills (Zoom, CRM, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint)

Able to work from home and out in the community
Be able to attend early morning/occasional evening networking events
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
Have the ability to work independently
Demonstrate integrity, discretion consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
Have the ability to organize, prioritize and close deals with tact
Build relationships with referral sources and families
Be a team player
Must meetrequiredmetrics and quotas
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
