Summary:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all healthcare providers are in compliance with the HEDIS measures.
  • This involves reviewing medical records and other documentation to ensure that the required data is being collected and reported accurately.
  • Works closely with healthcare providers to help them identify areas where they can improve their performance and meet the requirements of the HEDIS program.
  • Additionally, responsible for communicating with patients to help them understand the importance of the HEDIS program and how it impacts their healthcare.
  • Ultimately, plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that healthcare providers are held accountable for meeting the standards set by the HEDIS program.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

  • Associate degree in healthcare and 4 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics
    • OR high school diploma and 6 years of HEDIS experience
    • OR high school diploma 8 years insurance and health care data analysis.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare and 5 years of HEDIS Quality Metrics and LPN.

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
