What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and manage informatics portfolio solutions and tools as directed by the Senior Global Product Manager
Create impactful sales tools that effectively communicate the value proposition to targeted customers
Drive product integration strategies for Informatics solutions and oversee the product quality and lifecycle prioritization
Collaborate with regional teams to address market needs, competitive dynamics, and internal alignment challenges
Monitor product performance and lead actions to ensure quality and availability of assigned products
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferred, or 9 years of relevant equivalent experience
At least 5 years of relevant business experience, specifically in the diagnostics industry or medical device sector
Strong analytical and communication skills are essential
Proficiency in creating, writing, and editing presentations with recommendations
Demonstrated ability in business prioritization and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Ability to influence without authority
Experience in laboratory IT and global marketing
Familiarity with new product development processes, including needs assessment and product launch
Strong collaboration skills, comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of Informatics and Middleware solutions used in the industry
