We are looking to fill Child Welfare Case Manager positions with qualified individuals within our Foster Care Department. Our Agency is energetic and fast-paced. Responsibilities
Complete assessments and service plans of families (parents and children) to identify needs and resources/services
Connect families with resources
Work consistently and remain in communication with families assigned on your caseload, as well as service providers
Complete progress reports to the court and attend court related proceedings for your cases
Arrange and supervise parenting times between the families and children, as needed by way of State requirements or court order (support staff may be available to supervise some visitation)
Maintain your caseload in compliance with State guidelines
Complete at least monthly visits with your children and families, and conduct at least quarterly team meetings with those involved on the case
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, human services, education, criminal justice or other related field
Ability to pass background checks, including ICHAT, Central Registry, and MPSOR
Ability to utilize a computer and iPhone, as well as several systems (such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Teams/Zoom)
