The Care Coach 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. We are looking for motivated and dynamic case managers that enjoy making a difference in the lives of others in the Sarasota or Desoto counties of FLORIDA!
Current hiring range for this role is $60-65K/yr based on experience & qualifications
