This is a remote role . Candidates must reside in Ohio.
As an Executive Case Manager, you will support patients navigating access to their medications, managing cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations, prior authorization tracking, and resolution assistance via email, calls, and our Lynk technology. You will need a strong understanding of pharmacy and medical billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex reimbursement processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Building trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and stakeholders regarding reimbursement challenges.
Managing inbound/outbound calls, providing personalized case management, and leveraging electronic tools for benefit verification.
Educating patients and healthcare providers on coverage options, prior authorization, and appeals.
Documenting activities accurately within our system and generating reports for trend analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (healthcare-related preferred) or 5-10 years relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare access, insurance reimbursement, or patient care.
Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work standard shifts between 8 am - 11 pm, Monday to Friday.
