Overview Dedicated Assistant Case Manager Needed at Personal Injury Law Firm
We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support our pre-litigation case managers with administrative tasks from A to Z.
Responsibilities Organize case files and client data in Filevine (our CRM)
Send representation letters to insurance companies
Request police reports and insurance declaration pages
Open and manage health insurance subrogation claims
Prepare SR-1 and SR-19 DMV forms
Communicate with insurance companies on behalf of clients
Requirements Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Highly organized, punctual, and reliable
Able to follow structured systems and workflows
Tech-savvy with strong communication skills
Fast and stable internet connection for remote work
Preferred (Not Required) Spanish-speaking
Familiarity with Filevine or other legal case management software
Experience in personal injury or legal admin work
