Customer Care Coordinator - Order Experience I
Numotion, the nation's leading provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology, is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Rochester, NY team. The role will assist individuals with disabilities by providing medically necessary mobility products and services, enabling active participation in everyday life.

Description
The Coordinator will maintain exceptional customer service, manage new equipment orders, verify reimbursement eligibility, coordinate service delivery, and address customer inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities include receiving and implementing orders, determining funding eligibility, coordinating ATP and seating technician scheduling, resolving issues without additional transfers, de‑escalating customer concerns, meeting productivity and performance standards, and adhering to policies and regulations.

Pay Range
$18.38 to $23.90 per hour. Pay is dependent on facts and circumstances.

Required Skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum one year of customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong listening, organization, and priority setting skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities

Ability to think quickly, assess a situation, and make a sound decision

Ability to provide best‑in‑class customer service

Working knowledge of service order processing

Knowledge of complex rehabilitation equipment and products

Prior experience in the durable medical equipment industry

Exceptional interpersonal and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to work overtime as needed

Required Experience

Customer service roles, preferably in healthcare or related fields

Insurance verification and understanding of medical documentation

Order processing and data entry with high level of accuracy

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively

Coordinating with technical staff for scheduling evaluations and adjustments

Working with diverse mix of customers and meeting unique needs

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Experience with complex rehabilitation equipment is highly desirable

Experience in the durable medical equipment industry is a plus

Team‑oriented, collaborative environment experience

Using computer systems for data management and communication tools
