Assist customers with new equipment requests and maintain accurate data in the order processing system

Verify insurance eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities to customers

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction

Coordinate scheduling for evaluations and adjustments with ATPs and seating technicians

Participate in departmental initiatives aimed at improving results and customer service

What is Required

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education

Minimum of one year of customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out

Working knowledge of service order processing experience

Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and products

Prior experience in the durable medical equipment industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
