Our client, a leading North American manufacturer is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join its team in Rockaway, NJ. This role supports customers with order processing, quotes, and product inquiries while coordinating with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure a seamless experience.
What You’ll Do Process customer orders and quotes with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide professional, responsive support for pricing, shipments, and returns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Maintain customer records and data within the ERP system
Handle customer inquiries and issues with a positive, solutions‑driven attitude
What You Bring Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or inside sales
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
ERP system experience (IQMS or similar preferred)
Positive, team‑oriented mindset
