Starting pay ranges by location and benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting, paid holiday, vacation and sick time, and PSLF program eligibility.
Locations available: Lakewood, CO; Golden, CO. Starting pay: $20.30–$23.85/hour (depending on location). Hours: 5 8's or 4 10's depending on location. Application deadline: Open until filled.
Responsibilities Provide case management for a caseload of adult Diversion and Transition clients, including supervision, monitoring compliance, and holding clients accountable using evidence-based practices.
Support, promote and adhere to the mission, values and Code of Conduct of Intervention Inc.
Reflect Intervention Inc. s commitment to treating all persons with dignity and respect.
Perform assessments/reassessments as required.
Develop individualized supervision case plans for each client based on established protocols and client needs.
Be accessible to clients for supervision, guidance, and resources outside scheduled meeting times.
Meet with each client at least weekly to evaluate progress toward case plans and sentencing requirements.
Assist clients in developing budgeting, employment, treatment and other pro-social behavior plans and monitor adherence.
Complete and maintain client files and records according to standards.
Monitor drug and alcohol tests as required.
Qualifications Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
Substitution for Education: Work experience in counseling, social work, law enforcement, corrections or community supervision may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
Skills: Proficiency in general population case management; experience applying Motivational Interviewing; strong verbal and written communication; ability to develop assessments and case plans; data entry and reporting; ability to stay calm in stressful situations; knowledge of client population's cultural and socio-economic characteristics; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Must pass background check and be granted access to state criminal databases.
