The New View program at BHN in Greenfield, MA serves female-identified patients who have been civilly committed through the Section 35 court proceeding to a designated substance use disorder treatment facility. The program offers acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS).
What you will do
Work with program therapist to provide inclusive services to individuals served.
Collaborate with individuals served to identify problems using assessment information and develop an individualized service plan (IAP).
Adapt treatment approaches to the needs of individuals served.
Incorporate dual diagnosis, methadone-related issues, housing needs, family support issues and other factors into daily support and psychoeducational groups.
Document plan of care according to established expectations.
Maintain strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with HIPAA & 42 CFR.
Who we are looking for
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
At least one year of experience in a substance use disorder field (required).
Credentialed as CAC, CADC, LADC-Assistant, LADC II (preferred).
Experience in group facilitation, IAP development, and treatment strategies such as motivational interviewing (required).
Schedule
Available Schedules: Full Time — Tuesdays, 2:00pm-10:30pm; Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00am-6:30pm.
