Responsibilities include:
Providing unit/department-based clinical orientation and in-service training for new and current Associates.
Assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to enhance performance and professional development.
Modeling behavior aligned with MLH Mission, Vision, and Values.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Allied Health, Nursing (RN), or Respiratory Care.
3-5 years of general nursing or clinical practice and teaching experience.
Valid licenses and certifications as specified.
Skills required:
Clinical care expertise, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in a specialized clinical field.
Physical Demands:
Medium work capacity, involving physical activities like climbing, standing, and patient contact.
