What You’ll Do:

Provide high‑quality care to residents

Oversee the delivery and monitoring of clinical care and services

Ensure all care practices align with current regulations and best practices

Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities across all shifts and clinical staff

Promote residents' highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being

Implement and support community programs and procedures in compliance with:

State and federal laws and regulations

What You’ll Need:

Must be 18 years or older

Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license

Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting required

Long‑term care experience preferred

Current CPR Certification
