Overview Clinical Care Coordinator role at Providence Covenant Medical Group. The coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple aspects of care for patients with preventive care needs, chronic diseases, and care opportunities within the medical group. Qualifications 2 years of work experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience with electronic medical records and/or computerized billing systems.
Epic or other Electronic Health Record / care management software experience.
Preferred Qualifications Healthcare certification/license.
2 years of work experience in an outpatient/clinic/ambulatory setting.
