We are looking for a Clinical Care Coordinator (RN or LPN) who is team‑oriented and can radiate our company culture. Experience in a private practice is a plus. Responsibilities
Delegates the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for coordinating the clinical flow of the core care team.

Documents calls, returns patient phone calls, and requests medical records not pertaining to prescribed biologics.

Schedules nurse visits not pertaining to prescribed biologics.

Screens calls regarding reactions to biologics and responds to refill requests and new prescriptions that do not pertain to prescribed biologics.

Draws injections and documents procedures, assessments, and ultrasound diagnostic procedures.

Draws and processes PRP; orders physical therapy and outside imaging.

Manages inbox and researches provider notes to provide medical guidance for patients.

Ensures MIPS requirements are entered accurately during patient triage.

Assists in the clinical workflow to ensure efficient throughput time.

Triages patients; processes samples; administers injectable SQ and IM medications.

Sets up exam rooms for ultrasound procedures and assists providers with ultrasound procedures.

Cleans and stocks exam rooms.

Ensures all emergency inbox requests are completed by day’s end.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.

Experience in a private practice is a plus.

Team-oriented and capable of reflecting a patient-focused culture in daily work.
