Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Lead this important area in the Sierra Vista office as the Client Experience Manager.
Lead, manage, and maintain accountability within the team to deliver exceptional client care experiences.
Manage and nurture client relationships.
Ensure extraordinary experiences for and delivery of care to clients.
Onboard new clients.
Increase service hours for assigned clients.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Willing to spend at least 45-50 hours per week working, learning and meeting performance targets.
Experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers is a plus.
