Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Seattle – University Village
Compensation: $20.00 – $28.00 / hour

What You Will Do

Work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and shift openings/closings.

Provide outstanding client care and customer service.

Answer and screen a high volume of inbound phone calls.

Schedule, move, and cancel appointments.

Actively promote clinic services, treatments, and special programs.

Respond accurately and efficiently to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Accurately process client transactions.

Maintain composure while multitasking, always prioritizing clients.

Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic.

Provide basic office administrative support (mailing, faxing, sorting, typing, filing).

Maintain confidentiality of all guest matters per company policy.

Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

What You Will Bring

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s preferred.

1+ years of customer or sales experience required; Aesthetic setting experience preferred.

Exceptional customer service, excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with high accuracy.

Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word; quick learner for new software.

Social media experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, high ethical standards.

Knowledge of cosmetic procedures or skincare products is desirable.

Experience with Zenoti or other POS systems is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, repetitive movements, and hearing.

Occasional standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional lifting up to 20–30 pounds.
