Office Team Member – Client Care Coordinator/ CNA Supervisor We are looking for a person who will take pride in providing quality care for our clients and enjoys working with community partners. Job Summary: Building in-depth, connected relationships within the home care environment is the greatest reward of working in-home care. We are seeking an office staff member with caregiving experience to join our growing team and help bring our unique care philosophy to life. The Office Team Member will oversee scheduling caregivers to visit clients in their designated areas, support the office manager and Human Resources, and handle emergencies and maintenance issues. The Client Care Coordinator should also be willing to cover caregiving shifts when needed and support caregivers throughout their area, including shift coverage, office support, and training assistance. The work hours are typically from 8 am to 5 pm, with possible adjustments depending on shift coverage and training needs.
Job Requirements: Great communication skills
Current CNA certification
Two years of CNA experience
Valid driver’s license
Legal and operational vehicle
COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive it
Responsibilities: Scheduling and confirming caregiver shifts
Managing schedules for caregivers and clients
Reviewing shift documentation in Carenotes
Rotating on-call duties
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
