Comfort Keepers, a leading in-home care agency, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to help us drive the business by offering support to team members, establishing and maintaining client satisfaction, and by building solid relationships with clients, caregivers, and the community. What You’ll Do:
Build Strong Interpersonal Relationships: You will act as one of the first points of contact between the client and the company. You will develop solid relationships with clients, caregivers, and the community to ensure that clients are receiving the highest quality of care.
Training and Development: Develop and maintain client care plans to best meet their needs. Provide guidance and instruction to caregivers to complete tasks for clients.
Drive Client Care Delivery: Create and execute strategies to enhance satisfaction among clients and referral sources by actively monitoring customer feedback and the quality of client care.
Maintain a Professional and Respectful Work Environment: Assess and act to resolve client concerns in a manner that embodies the company’s philosophy of “elevating the human spirit” and the core values which include caring, professionalism, integrity, teamwork, optimism, and adaptiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
Effective Communication: You’ll need to be a confident communicator both in-person and online. Someone who possesses a broad vocabulary and can use a great choice of words to convey clear and concise messages to clients, caregivers, and team members.
Client-Focused Attitude: Prioritize client satisfaction, willingness to go the extra mile to meet client needs, and addressing issues promptly with a certain level of empathy and professionalism.
Empathy: You can show genuine concern and understanding for various client situations.
Adaptability: You can easily adjust to changing client needs and requirements all while remaining flexible in various environments.
Time Management: You will effectively prioritize tasks, consistently meet deadlines, and efficiently manage your workload.
Problem-solving: You can use independent judgment to resolve client issues and anticipate clients needs.
Experience: Background in healthcare, sales and/or customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft OS.
