Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Coordinator located in Sunrise, FL. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and caregivers, and maintaining schedules. This role also includes administrative tasks such as handling communication, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Coordinator will need to facilitate problem-solving and provide exceptional support to clients and staff.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with administrative tasks and documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently
Basic knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance
Proficiency in using office software applications such as MS Office and HHAExchange
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry
Bilingual (Spanish and English) a MUST
Commitment to patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulation
