Responsibilities Greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and client education regarding Fear Free protocols.
Maintain accurate records and manage client files in our practice management system.
Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
