Client Care Coordinator – Santa Clara
Do you love people, thrive on details, and get genuine joy from making someone’s day just a little brighter? Then you might be the perfect fit to join our team as the Client Care Coordinator for our Santa Clara location. We see this role as the “Director of First Impressions”, the person who sets the tone, energy, and experience the moment a client walks through our doors (or picks up the phone).

At Competitive Edge Physical Therapy, we blend cutting‑edge sports science, 3D motion analysis, and concierge‑level care to help Bay Area athletes and everyday movers stay healthy, perform better, and feel unstoppable.

What You’ll Do

Welcoming clients with energy, warmth, and genuine care

Managing a dynamic schedule and making sure every slot is filled with purpose

Answering calls and guiding new clients through their journey with enthusiasm and clarity

Keeping the space spotless, organized, and full of positive vibes

Following up with clients to ensure their experience is nothing short of amazing

Supporting our physical therapists and operations team so the clinic runs like clockwork

Handling payments, scheduling plans of care, and helping people understand their next steps with confidence

Who You Are

Organized and detail‑obsessed (you might even color‑code your calendar)

Quick‑thinking, flexible, and thrive in a collaborative, growth‑minded culture

Communicate clearly and confidently, in person and over the phone

Passionate about helping others and being part of something that truly changes lives

Love learning, growing, and being part of a small but mighty team where your voice matters
