The core of this position is to maintain employee records for compliance purposes, as well as working with a small team to ensure the overall office is running smoothly.
Responsibilities Maintain logs and patient assignment list
Maintain Administration Binder with all insurances, records, etc.
Supervises caregivers and completes performance appraisals for caregivers at specified intervals.
Utilizing point system to maintain office staff efficiency in filling all open shifts, assigning best caregiver for each client in a timely manner, provision of consistent quality care, and providing reports to upper managements.

Performs annual performance reviews for office staff and caregivers.
Participate in on Call rotation.
Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, managing performance and discipline of all administrative and direct care employees.
Will develop in collaboration with the CEO a marketing and sales plan to include specific strategies for maintaining and growing our local market share into other markets ( Los Angeles County, San Bernardino county, Riverside County and Orange County).
At least one year of experience in Home Care industry.
