What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies and ethics

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company offerings

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools for effective planning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of High School diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience

Strong analytical skills to develop strategic sales plans based on complex data

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for engagement with healthcare professionals

Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments

Valid driver’s license and ability to build and maintain customer relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Background in sales, account management, or customer service

Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals

Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with healthcare professionals

Ability to convey complex information clearly and simply

Experience launching products in competitive markets
