What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the employer’s portfolio

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare

Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans

Comfort with digital tools and platforms for engaging healthcare professionals

Proven success in educational and professional environments, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Background in sales, account management, or customer service

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in cardiovascular sales

Experience launching products in competitive markets

Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights

Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
