Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant sales discussions with healthcare providers to align their needs with company products
Provide regular updates to management on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools for effective planning
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
For S2 Level: Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 3+ years of sales experience or 6+ years of relevant work experience
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within specified territory or be willing to relocate
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications Background in sales, account management, or consultative roles
Experience in cardiovascular sales with established relationships in the field
Familiarity with analyzing metrics to evaluate sales progress
Proficient in leveraging digital tools and technology for sales engagement
