What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company offerings

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience, including sales or roles within healthcare

Ability to analyze complex data and leverage insights for strategic sales planning

Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals

Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to reside within specified distances from the workload center

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular sales

Established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists

Experience launching products in competitive markets

Proficient in advanced analytics to generate customer insights

Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
