Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning and sales impact
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1, 3+ years for S2)
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments
Valid driver’s license and willingness to reside within specified territory boundaries
Preferred Qualifications Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience in analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with healthcare professionals
Experience launching products in competitive markets
Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
