What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics

Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs

Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward goals

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 level, 3+ years for S2 level)

Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals

Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments

Valid driver’s license and ability to reside within designated territory limits

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Background in sales, account management, or customer service

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience

Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists

Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets

Proficient in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
