Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics

Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company's portfolio

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with products

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools for effective planning

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 Level; 3+ years for S2 Level)

Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals

Strong organizational and time management skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to reside within designated territory limits

Preferred Qualifications

Background in sales, account management, or customer service

Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals

Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists

Ability to convey technical details clearly and simplify complex information

Proficient in using advanced analytics for customer insights
