Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to align customer needs with company products
Provide regular updates to management on customer needs and business performance
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools for effective planning
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience, including sales or roles within healthcare
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success in professional environments with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to reside within specified territorial distance requirements
Preferred Qualifications Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular sales
Experience launching products in competitive markets
Proficient in using analytics to generate customer insights
Demonstrates a proactive learning approach and adaptability to market changes
