What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics

Maintain current product knowledge and certifications related to the company's portfolio

Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs

Provide management with regular updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics

Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support effective planning

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with 0-3 years of relevant work experience

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience for S2 level candidates or 6 years of relevant work experience for high school diploma holders

Strong analytical skills to leverage complex data for strategic sales planning

Valid driver’s license

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Background in sales, account management, or customer service

Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships in the field

Proficient in using advanced analytics for generating customer insights

Experience launching products in competitive marketsDemonstrated proactive learning approach and an agile growth mindset
